In the backyard waiting on some birds but mostly just squirrels hanging around. Where have all my Goldfinches and Purple finches gone ? Where are the Red-breasted Grosbeaks, the Nuthatches ? At least the Red-bellied Woodpecker is still showing up. You probably couldn’t find a more mundane subject but these squirrels were cooperative enough to pose on my favorite perch and the light was too good to pass up.
